Welcome to the 13th annual Cedar Bend Humane Society Furry 5K Run/Walk! This event is open to all animal lovers and their K-9 companions. We are very excited to announce we are having the event in person this year!
Not from the Cedar Valley but still want to support Cedar Bend Humane Society? No worries! You can participate from anywhere across the state, country, or world! Shirts and sponsor giveaways are not available to anyone who will not be able to pick them up in person. Shipping is not available.
Bring your dog!
Individuals with dogs are encouraged to bring their pet along for the fun while you complete the 5K. For everyone’s safety, please no retractable leashes; leash lengths no longer than six feet; no female dogs in heat; dogs must be on a leash at all times; all dogs must be licensed and current on vaccines.
If available, CBHS adoptable dogs will be there to cheer you on! This year they will be pranced around by CBHS Volunteers and not available to be walked by the general public.

$40: Receive a commemorative CBHS Furry 5K t-shirt and a swag bag from our sponsors. - CLOSED
$20: Participate in the Furry 5K without receiving a t-shirt or swag bag. - Available!
